Leadership
Leadership
Quit talking and begin doing is easy to say but delivering requires leadership.
The Global Peace and Sustainable Living Foundation (GPS Foundation) will be building its overall management structure on the non-executive board’s management and leadership skills and experience internationally.
The CEO will on the other hand be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership and as The Foundation grows and new, more demanding responsibilities turn up, more leaders will be required with different skills and experience. The CEO will be hired soon. Requirements are, extensive experience in international affairs, good communication skills, and education supporting both.
To summarise; strong leadership will play a key role from day one. The GPS Foundation’s success will rely on such individuals and train them to secure that they work together like a well-oiled machine.

Peace as a priority
GPS Foundation will concentrate on Peace as a priority. This is an extremely important sector in the situation we are experiencing today. It is also quite complex and involves complications that make it challenging to deal with.
GPS Foundation will develop its Peace negotiating skills step by step and not take on management of difficult negotiations until the leader has proven his/her capabilities to be accepted as one of the most successful professionals in Global terms.
Sustainability on a Global scale is difficult or impossible to achieve until a considerable progress is made on negotiating peace world-wide. The time when most effort is put into solving Peace related issues will be used to train the Sustainable Living experts and prepare them for the very difficult cases they may come across.
If we manage to find top professionals in both areas a considerable time may be saved, and GPS Foundation be ready to take on difficult cases within too long.
The progress we make will always be down to great leadership.
Let’s go to work.
